La Villa Reyes is a spacious, well-appointed 2-bedroom & 3-bath private home complete with a huge rooftop deck with a palapa, daybed for afternoon naps, and stunning ocean views. The expansive property has luxurious gardens, hammocks for relaxing, a chiminea for evening cocktails, badminton court, and mini grass soccer field.
Our private concierge service is recognized as the best in Playa Las Tortugas. Maria and Mario are on hand to help you with anything you may need. Wood for a beach bonfire, fresh chilled coconut water, artisan tequila, in-room massage, kayak rentals, transportation to local sites. Mario and Maria will take great care of you.

La Villa Reyes blends perfectly with the surrounding gardens. With three terraces, the home provides ample indoor/outdoor living space with views of the ocean and gardens.
Breakfast terrace.
Enjoy meals al fresco while birds sing in the palms. The 2nd-floor terrace faces the ocean and opens right from the kitchen and dining room.
Bedroom terrace.
Plan your next adventure from the 1st-floor terrace. Both bedrooms open to this terrace which faces the ocean and is a short stroll from the pools.
Rooftop deck.
The huge rooftop deck is the place for sea breezes, afternoon siestas, and big views. Many guests sleep here and watch the incredible stars.

There is plenty of room in the 2,000 sq. ft. La Villa Reyes. It sleeps four+ with 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. An additional two people can sleep in the double bed under the roof deck palapa. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The Kitchen.
The kitchen is the heart of Villa Reyes - an inviting space to create your meals or hire our personal chef to create wonderful authentic meals for you.
Three floors.
The spiral staircase leads you up the three floors. Everyone gets their own space. Mexican tiles are thoughtfully placed throughout the house.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a garden view, ensuite bathroom, and king-sized bed and opens to the 1st-floor terrace. It has air conditioning to keep it cool.

The ensuite master bathroom is nicely tiled with a large shower.
2nd Bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and air conditioning and opens to the 1st-floor terrace.
2nd Bathroom.
The 2nd ensuite bathroom has a lovely collection of tiles.
Living Room.
The living room looks out over the gardens of Playa Las Tortugas and faces the ocean. It opens to the 2nd-floor terrace and has air conditioning.
Dining Room.
The dining room seats six comfortably. It connects to the kitchen and the 2nd-floor terrace creating a nice open space. It also has air conditioning.
3rd Bathroom.
The 3rd bathroom is on the 2nd floor adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. It is a 1/2 bath.
